Today we’re off to see Alma restaurant at the Goodwood hotel in Singapore. It’s a Michelin star restaurant by chef Sufian Zaini. The quality of produce in Singapore is amazing as it arrives fresh from all corners of the world. See Chef Sufian cook us a crispy tofu with assorted mushrooms and a foie gras emulsion and an array of other amazing first class dishes. Plus you’ll learn how to make tofu. We then traveled to the Redhill market to try some chicken rice, fried carrot cake and peanut pancakes.
